It was a golden afternoon in the Ahway Island forest. The sun smiled down through the trees’ soft green leaves as they swayed back and forth in the breeze. Wind whispered through the tall grass, and gentle birdsong filled the air.

Near the edge off the woods, where the sunny field met the shade of ancient trees, three little peeper frogs were nestled together next to a mossy log. Fernando, Felicity, and Franetta sat side by side, each one enjoying the alternating sun and shade as the branches overhead rocked in the breeze.

Breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs, and then out through your mouth,

imagining you are breathing fire like a dragon. Ready? Deep breath, in and out. Good job.

First, wiggle all your toes and then squeeze your toes together tight.

Now relax them. Then lift your leg up just a little and let it float back down.

Let's take another deep dragon breath in and out.

Next, squeeze both your hands into tight fists, and then release them.
