The Supreme Court has reportedly overturned Roe v Wade, fulfilling both the conservative dream and the woke leftist nightmare.

We're going to take a look at the leaked draft decision overturning Roe. We're going to see how woke leftists are already trying to destroy the decision, and stick me to the very end of this video when our view what all this means for nothing less than the destruction of the left.

Gang, Roe v Wade is dead. We're only waiting for the death certificate to be officially signed.

But according to reports, five Supreme Court justices, Sam Alito, Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsik and Amy Coney Barrett are all poised to sign it or some form of it as it goes through re-riding and as such, these five justices have pronounced the 1973 Supreme Court decision that has since torn our nation apart dead.

In explosive political exclusive first reported 8.32 pm last night, right when we were having our live Q&A with our insider's club members, it was reported that the Supreme Court has indeed voted to strike down the landmark Roe v Wade ruling made back in January of 1973.

The report was based on the leaking of an initial draft, opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito, on behalf of the majority. According to Politico, the draft is, quote, a full, throated, unflinching repudiation in 1973 Roe v Wade decision.

From the draft, Alito pulled no punches in his conclusion, he not only demolished Roe, but also the 1992 decision of Planned Parenthood versus Casey, where Alito wrote, quote,

abortion presents a profound moral question, the Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each state from regulating or prohibiting abortion.

Roe and Casey irrigated that authority, we now overrule these decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.

So clearly, according to this draft ruling, which has yet to be agreed to and signed by the majority, but clearly, this is an accordance with the Supreme Court's renewed federalism that scholars have been witnessing over the last decade where power not specifically designated to the federal government is to be returned back to the states.

But as astonishing of a draft decision this is, it was also leaked to the press, which is absolutely unprecedented in a blatant attempt to bully the court into backing down from this decision.

Here's how the scotus blog put it quote, it's impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the court in terms of the destruction of trust among the justice and staff.

This leak is the greatest most unforgivable sin, make no mistake, it was blatant, and it was a flagrant deliberate attempt to alter the court's decision making and an effect history or judicial system of government at the highest level.

It's effectively weaponized the court because if the court over the next few months, if this draft changes dramatically in its final version, it will be shown that intimidation in bullying can indeed affect the court's decision.
