Welcome back to unashamed. We were talking through our last podcast in between recording the next one and you know this idea

jays this this Greek word you found which is really interesting and I think it was

profound it it literally changed my view when I hear people get up

and start preaching in there like you know we got these demonic spirits out there

You know and then I'm kind of do the oh eye roll and think how do we know it's very

nebulous but after seeing that why throw that word in there where Jesus

used exclusively talking about the casting out all

the spirits you don't remember at the graveyard with the guy who was chained

yeah in same word.

The pigs going down and drought same word.

Then you get into revelation and you're hearing all this, the spirit of Babylon under Rome and

their children with the unclean spirits basically

spawning legacies of curses with a breakdown of the family and it's just this spiritual war that's going on and

declaring war against churches and God's people.

In the context, by the way, if you didn't hear this, the previous podcast was Ephesians 5.3, where

Paul says, among you there must not be even a hint of sex and morality or any kind of impurity.

That's the word Chase is referring to.

You know what it may be?

Or of greed.

You know what it made me realize is when he says in verse 7, don't be partners with them.

Because a lot of people, they'll read Ephesions 5,
