Let's get started.

Hi, everyone.

0:26.9

Welcome to the show. This is episode 95. Hello, Shauna. Hey. Would you like to tell us how old your toddler is and what you've been up to this week? Okay. She is 15 months in two weeks.

0:34.9

And this week and last week have kind of been about napping. So I know that you made the

0:42.7

switch over to one nap. Yes. And we did it. We had a big fail. And then this last week,

1:45.1

And it was just a disaster again.

1:47.2

Oh, no.

1:48.3

She'll stay awake until then.

1:50.2

But then when I put her down, she sleeps for like 30 minutes and wakes up furious and won't nap again.

1:57.0

So it's just like, finally I'm like, all right, I guess I got to actually have some strategy here.
