Summary

Guy Torry was pivotal in creating the first black comedy night in Hollywood at the World Famous Comedy Store. Bringing black industry together in one place at the same time was rare and led to a lot of collaboration in Hollywood back in the 90s. After a string of roles in several movies - kicked off by his start with his role in American History X - Guy continues to entertain live audiences across the country and he's now working on a documentary to capture that period of time when Phat Tuesdays was the hottest night for the black industry in Hollywood.
