1:29.0	Richard. To get started, I'd like to hear a little bit more about you guys and your backgrounds
1:33.4	and how you got involved in this industry. So, Bill, why don't you start off first?
1:38.7	Yeah, a little bit background for myself. Born and raised in the Netherlands, came to Canada in 79 with my parents.
1:47.8	My parents had a custom work business in the Netherlands, so I learned to work with a whole
1:52.5	variety of farm equipment from a very young age. We moved to Canada, started farming. I grew away from the farm a little bit and studied
2:04.6	agronomy at the University of Guelph, and that made for a really fantastic career, which in the end
