But that one was not.

That was the worst program loss in program history.

Illinois loses 110 to 67 to do just an embarrassing showing for an Illinois team that is precipitously dropping here.

They're now 17 and 11 on the season, but they've lost their last two games by

64 points. They've lost three straight games by 15 plus points, albeit, I guess, three very

good teams, three teams that all have the chance to make a final four or an elite eight.

Derek, Brad Underwood, built this team to make an elite eight, to compete with teams like Yukon and competing with teams like Duke.

They looked like a 16 seed going up against Duke tonight.

Just a terrible loss.

One of the, it was the worst loss in program history, but the most embarrassing loss of Brad Underwood's tenure.

And Brad Underwood would has always made him, you know, Brad Underwood is, his teams are

tough.

They fight.

And his team wasn't that tough, wasn't that fight.

I know they were overwhelmed, talent-wise here, Derek, but to kind of lay down in this

one was a really terrible sign for this program.

Extremely, yeah, embarrassing, just disastrous all the way up and down to see them be

completely outclassed, completely out-tuffed on down the line.

The fact that Duke's emptying their bench with what still like six minutes to to go or they're getting their backup. And widening in its lead? Yeah. Like, the five to lead starters? Yeah, the five two walk on. It's a step back three to put Duke up by 45. Like, it was just, it was crazy. So this team is broken, I think. i'm just going to flat out say this team is broken

right now and i get that you know michigan state's a good team and wisconsin's a good team
