The best gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike.

It was a sort of slick little road bike and I remember it was all like, it was so, it was all wrapped up,

it was so obvious what it was obviously because nothing shaped like a bike and I had a little ribbon on it and I was so

a guest. For that was a life changer and I'm still sort of big on cycling around my area now so, for that one change me a little.

I'm gonna take you off the floor later this show. It's time. All right. So news from Scota Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring.

This was reported as breaking news just earlier this afternoon. And it's interesting. This is of course he was Clinton nominated.

One of only three liberal, well, they say three liberal justices on the Supreme Court. But I'd like to count John Roberts as a liberal.

Yes, as a liberal these days. So it's him, so do my or and Elena Kagan. He spent more than 27 years on the Supreme Court and now has decided I think the idea here is not to pull a Ginsburg.

Right. They saw what happened with Ginsburg waited until the last second and it didn't work out well for them. And so there have been some conflicting reports that have been coming out that Breyer was very upset that the news was not supposed to be announced today, that he did not know.

That this was going to be announced today. So you got to wonder how that shook out. But now this of course has progressives on the hunt for a Supreme Court nominee who checks off all of the intersectionality boxes.
