All right, we're here. It's another great episode.

One of the best. We're here on a Thursday, Thursday morning. I'm about to leave, go do some gigs. And yeah, we're just

getting on here, popping out a podcast, feeling good. Sam is asleep, Daisy's watching TV,

classic updates. And yeah, I didn't do comedy this weekend, so no real updates there. I did do comedy at the lab at

Zanies. I don't know if I've talked about that, but the Zanies, our comedy club here in Nashville,

for a long time, has had a building where, did talk about this i feel like i did where half was a

furniture store but yeah i finally did a show there at the lab really great really fun i'm not

going to dwell on it because as i'm getting into those details i go i feel like i've talked about this

before but uh the hot show yeah the lab is great so now if you're looking at the zanies calendar, you know, if you pull up Zanies.com or whatever it is, you'll see Chicago and one other place, Nashville and now the lab.

So if you're living in Nashville or visiting Nashville, the Nashville bar and the lab are both for

Nashville.

Eighth Avenue is where you want to be, baby.

So comedy is really, yeah, really growing here in Nashville and that's very exciting.

No one will ever acknowledge it.

It will continue to be a music city it's just it's just

completely overshadowed by the music in this town but there's lots of great comics and uh a burgeoning

uh comedy scene yeah and i think there's room for both i think it's always going to be music city
