1:04.0 | Sure, so I started working as the Executive Director for the Reason Rally in December of 2015, so just about two months ago, and the reason for that change came about large about |
1:15.0 | because we had realized as an organization that expecting someone to serve in a volunteer |
1:22.0 | capacity and organize an event of this scale simply wasn't realistic. |
1:27.0 | It's not something that we could ask someone to do and expect the level of effectiveness and professionalism that we really need to have in the reason |
1:35.8 | rally. And so as we were looking through the organization of the organization and figuring out who we needed to have in key positions. |
1:45.3 | We really decided that we needed a paid staffer that the organization could hold accountable |
1:50.3 | and who could really dedicate 100% of their time to making the reason why the very best it can possibly be. |
