He suggested Khalil be on the show and after I did a bit of research about him. It felt like a great match. I mean

Besides his wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and fitness and how to sort of become your best self

Khalil has had an incredible life

And written a book called I forgot to die and it sort of chronicles his life through

Just an incredible adversity and challenge and and I don't I don't want to tip any of it off

Because you'll hear a lot of it in the podcast, but a guy like Khalil shouldn't be where he is is successful and

As as revered because he he literally came from nothing and so his

His story of of

Transformation and of conquering his own demons is super inspiring and was a big reason why I wanted him on the pod
