Illinois led for only about 10 minutes of this game.

But they had three kill shots in this one.

That's 10-0 runs, three of them.

And they were messing around with losing with two of them.

But they had the huge one, like 15-0 run as they bounce back and defeat

Ohio State. Tomasov Vichich is back and he gets a double-double in his return after three

games out with mono. Marge Johnson Jr. stays in the line of. They go big. Maris Johnson Jr.

Double-double at halftime. He finishes with 14 points and 15 rebounds. And Will Riley, sensational off the bench with 24 points.

Kyle and Boswell coming off the bench with Drey Gibbs-Aulhorn starting has 14 points, 9 in the second half.

And Drey Gibbs-A-Horn, the dunk that we're going to talk about for a while here, Derek.

But after the game, I said, they needed that one.

You looked at me and said, had to have it.

And they had to have this one.

And they got it.

They did need it.

Yeah, for all the vibes in the fan base, the team, and the resume, really, as you're

sitting here and talk all you want about metrics, but you get to a point where

you're going to be, you know, 500 in the league play and everything like that before then going

back on the road, Rutgers and then Minnesota, and you haven't even hit the toughest part of

your schedule yet, which is going to come up here pretty shortly in the middle of February.
