Like most kids growing up in America, you watch professional wrestling.

I saw it in the 70s and 80s before all the flash and dashed today.

I used to watch that stuff all the time as a kid.

So you know, I'm just minding my own business doing this podcast.

And somebody on my Facebook says, hey, would you like to interview some professional wrestlers?

Well, that was a no-brainer. Of course I do.

And I just happened to have seen a documentary film about Jake the Snake Roberts.

And in this film, another pro wrestler, Diamond Dallas Page, helps Jake come back from alcoholism and assorted problems.

And what Dallas Page did was help Jake with many things, but yoga was one of them.

So this is locked in the back of my mind.

It was a really cool documentary.

So roll forward a few years.

Now this offer on my Facebook to interview a professional wrestlers there, I say, well, sure, get me Diamond Dallas Page.

Diamond Dallas Page who's in the Hall of Fame for WWE. I mean, a guy who's a pretty big damn name.

And today, he happens to be very well known for helping men understand yoga and to use yoga and to
