Summary

Mark Purtell, who joined CTC in 2001, transitioned to Head of Real Estate Acquisitions and Development in 2020 after contributing to the expansion of CTC's operator network. We really value markets with not a lot of construction.

Constantly you'll see markets with big construction, mostly Class A.

They'll go in, they'll build these big buildings while we're in the workforce B and C class properties for a year or two.
