1:00.0	It is July 1st. I say this every month and if you're a regular listener I always say this
1:08.9	but I'm really really mean it this month where I'm like I swear I just recorded the June energy
1:16.4	forecast oh wow yeah June was deep deep the end the beginning. That was a theme for June. If you haven't

1:31.2	the end the beginning month my whole life has literally flipped upon its head and I'm just
1:45.9	working through all of that. I've just been doing some really deep healing work, really looking
1:52.4	at my shadow and my underworld, and really bringing everything to the light.

2:05.1	June felt like a real preparation of yeah the end the beginning and yes so much
2:12.0	change there's definitely been a lot of endings and
2:15.0	I've been planting some seeds for some new beginnings as well.
2:19.0	So yeah so I encourage you go and a pause, take a moment to reflect on June, the month that has been,
