I got a great opportunity given my position

where I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do in terms of diversification,

predicting what happens to the real estate market, stock market, broad-based inflation or

deflation or specific price inflation in inflation as gene will explain the difference

and I thought it was very educational I thought it was great to get to bounce my

ideas off of someone who is more professorial whereas I am more of an armchair analyst that is using

his experience in this market to come to my conclusions, he got to, you you know counterbalance me with more of facts and

figures and I think I don't know if we came to a conclusion per se but I think that it

certainly helped guide my viewpoints and I think it'll help you as well with your investment decisions.
