0:32.9	and paternal side. This topic was something that we really didn't discuss openly because, well,
0:38.6	there's just so much shame around the conversation. And because of my past and my family's past,
0:44.1	I knew I couldn't have this conversation alone. So I invited my friend Irene Rollins to discuss
0:48.5	and talk about how facing your underlying pain will allow you to overcome addiction and move

0:55.0	tune out and tune off and you think, oh, I'm not addicted to anything, well, addiction isn't just
