But then we had that aha moment again. We looked at each other again and we're like, man, we just created another job for ourselves and the income was very inconsistent.

So then we're like, okay, we need to do something else.

So that's when we kind of started looking into multi-family

and came across Rod and the Warrior program.

And my goodness, it was incredible his program so again like we you know we always do we

jumped in head first and you know started learning and I joined the warrior program and it has been life changing.

The amount of people I've met in the in the warrior program are just amazing.

I've had some great relationships with people and that's actually how I found the partners that I am partnered on in my 84 unit.
