Welcome to the program, man, do we have a ton to catch up on today and we're definitely not going to get to everything.

I'm promising you that right up front.

We will not do all the big news stories of the day.

The reverse of what most people will tell you,

but I'm being honest, there's no way we're getting to all of it.

A couple of big things that did happen today, that we're probably not going to have that much time to touch on.

But the classified documents case on Donald Trump that was in court in Florida was tossed today.

Basically, the appointment of Jack Smith ruled to be

unconstitutional by the judge. We will see where that goes. Surely challenges

will abound as you see here, but that one's gone for the moment that which basically means there's nothing left

There's really nothing left here when it comes to these charges nothing certainly that's going to happen before the election

So this whole thing about Trump

and the legal situation being a big force

in the election outcome, pretty much dead.

Pretty much dead.

Also, Trump is to announce his vice president choice today.
