Summary
I can't tell you how many times in my life I yearned to make a change. From losing weight to asking for help, I always felt alone and helpless. Stepping outside of your comfort zone is hard. It kicks your ass and demands that you give your best effort 100% of the time. But finding that motivation or seeing hope when you're struggling can feel impossible. Today's episode is all about what it means to step outside of your comfort zone.
This episode was brought to you by the website hosting platform that made it easy for this not so tech savvy scaredy cat possible to create a blog and a podcast, SQUARESPACE! If you've ever thought about creating your own website or blog, use offer code Kelly for 10% off your purchase of personal domain address and website on Squarespace.com.
