Episode number 92, I am your host and the author of the piece you're about to hear.

The Grey Knight, You Can Call Me Jack.

As you can hear from a little bit of a stilted delivery,

I've just, I've got no air left in my diaphragm.

I recorded earlier today to get something done, well, today when I'm recording this.

And then on top of that, did a big workout. And I'm just, I've had like no air. Since then, I've just been a little bit gassy. I know, sexiest podcast on the

internet. And then because of that, just trying not to burp when I've taught, just no error.

So it's been a comedy of errors even trying to talk to the cat today.

For those of you who don't know, I am starting to post pictures and videos of the cat on

Snapchat.

I have a Snapchat now.

My name is True Grey Knight. There's also a code out there. I don't quite know how it all works. Slowly getting into it. It's been a lot of fun waking up with Kitty in the morning and doing exercise when we're both feeling pretty frisky, first thing in the morning, and then snapping some pictures or some videos of her.

The recording I did earlier that I mentioned, that's up on YouTube and it's a health update.

It's an update for where I am and how I'm feeling going forward.

That sort of thing. I call it the second to last health update because I feel mostly recovered and I'm working on more and more recovery, etc.

But I feel like my mixed health update will be my last saying that it's all in

the rearview now who knows how long that'll be though and I do caution maybe that

might be a year from now but it should be a very productive happy satisfying

year and so I'm very excited to live it that's a happy, satisfying year.

And so I'm very excited to live it.
