My name is Dusty Slay.

I'm your host, and I'm here with my wife and co-host

Hannah Sleigh. Thank you, Dusty. And we're back in studio now. We're home from L.A.

Back in studio, I've been doing some yard work. I realize that as I'm sitting here, my shirt's filthy.

My pants are filthy. I'm wearing linen. But I've been, I got linen to do yard work in because it's

supposed to be cooling and healing. And so I can get out, you know, I don't want to out here in the

world be wearing linen because I got

long hair. And if I pull my hair back and I'm wearing linen, I do look like a yoga instructor

or that I'm trying to be some type of yogi. What are these people called? Sharmans. Shams, things like that.

And at one time in my life, I would say, yeah, for sure I'm trying to be that.

I just got to figure out what the Christian version of that is.

And then I'd like to be that.

A shepherd.

Yeah, maybe so.

You're a shepherd.

Yeah, I mean, I'm into that.

I mean, I'm into, I've always been into meditation, if you will.

I don't really do it necessarily, but the whole idea of that, the whole, I feel like it kind of goes contrary in a way to Christianity.

But I just feel like that's all on how you

do it. Um, because, you know, Jesus was meditating. David says to meditate. I just think you can't be

meditating to nothing. The whole idea of clearing your mind is the wrong way to go about it i think you're supposed to
