Everything that I'm getting ready to say is self-evident

and perhaps something that you have known for some time, but it still

needs to be said. The government has for a long time been the facilitator of private

wealth at the expense of the public good.

Let me repeat that.

The government has, for a very long time,

the American government has been a facilitator

of private wealth at the expense of the public good.

Now again that may be self-evident for many people but when you take framework, when you take that sentence and you apply it to

nearly every decision that is made by politicians, you begin to see very clearly that our

political system has no interest in providing the people

with public goods based on our own taxes, based on what we contribute to society.

Whether you pay federal income tax or not, you pay state taxes, you pay local taxes.

Whether you pay a significant amount of state taxes, you certainly pay taxes, fines, and fees, tickets.

All of those are types of taxation

that ultimately go to fund the government.

And instead of using that funding to do something for the public, public goods.

What they have done is change the entire paradigm to be something that does nothing but facilitate and help generate and create
