a very, very nice guy originally from India and lives in Florida. He's got two sons

they're five and two years old and he joined the program in January of this year and he's already in 755 doors including some self-storage stuff and so I'm excited to hear his story. Yeah,

Well, why don't you, you know, I know you come from an IT background, super analytical background,

and I know that has really contributed to your quick success in this business because I saw in your bio how you how

you utilize that to position yourself so why don't you tell us a little bit of your

story you know your background and why real estate just kind of bring us current so most like most of all immigrants

Say almost the same story I never worked till I had my master's degree. So I had my bachelor's back from in India,

came from a middle class background, and I was always looking for something more, never satisfied with what I was doing, even though I was happy and content with what I was doing, but it's always back of my mind. I need to do something more. So, came to this country, did my masters in the engineering background and started my IT career and it was a good fulfilling career and still I have it and then and I would say I grown in the

in the status so within the IT field much quickly just but at the same time it's always something I needed to do.
