Coming out of the summer, rolling into September,

time to catch up a little. Not just an interview,

not just me probing somebody else, some ideas, some thoughts. There's one thing that I've noticed,

especially this year. And I'm not sure if it's because there are a ton of people promoting it or there are a ton of people believing in it. And perhaps it's related to the Robin Hood

brokerage firm. But damn, are there not a million or more suckers out there that believe they can trade five minute,

10 minute, one minute, 60 minute bars, and be professional day traders.

Like, where did this insanity come from?

Unless you're J.P. Morgan, unless you're Jim Simons, unless you're Toby

Crable, you have no chance at doing high speed anything to compete with these players. It's

impossible. It's absolutely impossible. But this seduction, maybe the seduction is driven by COVID.

Maybe people are hurting so they just have to go this direction.

They think it's some easy money.

But damn it, it's just Vegas.

It's fucking Vegas.

It's absolutely Vegas. You are not going to make big money or

consistent money running around pretending to be a day trader. And typically what I find it's occurring

in like one market. I'm a Tesla day trader. I trade one currency. I trade one bond.
