She was targeted for being a trans woman of color for her gender identity.

Twenty-two-year-old Latisha Green is shot to death, not far from where she lived.

According to eyewitnesses, it was a targeted attack.

So, she was shot and killed outside of a house party in Syracuse after reportedly hearing

anti-case for her.

The main suspect goes to trial, not once, but twice.

And the second time, he decides to represent himself.

I thought it was a bold move, representing yourself, Jose and New York is certainly allowed,

but based on the evidence alone, I thought Mr. Gile would have a really difficult time

making the case for his innocence.

Could there be justice in this case, or would the murderer go free?

Today's case is about twenty-two-year-old Latisha Green, a transgender woman who was murdered

in November 2008.

Nineteen-year-old Dwight Delie was charged in the case, but after two trials, one in

which he represents himself, would we really find out what happened that night?
