Hi honey. We are going to start the show by talking about COVID test and I know it's not the

most exciting topic to start with but it's kind of what's on my mind. We both now have had COVID test and we didn't

have by the end of last week I didn't have much of an update on what was going to

happen with me other than I was just going to go get a test and so Friday after the show or actually we didn't do a show Friday Friday

Friday afternoon I went and I drove down to Chula Vista which is about 20 minutes from my house and I had an appointment

for 350 at CVS and I get there and there's like a line about six cars and I'm like well this
