It's about re-examining a case thoroughly with an experienced female lens, which is

long overdue with this case, don't you think?

after Wilma McCann's murder and 11 years after the attack on the unnamed prostitute in 1969.

I read an extract previously from the Biford report and I have to say that this detailed

report that ran to 159 pages glossed over quite a few important details, and so as always

I'm going to fill in some of the gaps.
