the mainstream media.

I mean, yeah, here and there.

But there's no hysteria about it.

There's no preoccupation with it.

Very, very interesting and revealing, if you ask me, because here we have our media.

These are people who are supposedly just all tears and

pity for all the suffering in the world, and yet you can hardly get them even to acknowledge what's

going on in Yemen. If I were to talk to some of the right-wing radio firebrands who are all in

favor of the Syria strike, for example, I bet a lot of them have no idea what's even happening in Yemen.

And the same, I think, can be said for people on the left who looked the other way when Obama was complicit in what's going on there. So I wanted to get to the bottom of it, get at least a brief briefing, so to speak, on the subject. And joining us to give us that is Iona Craig, who is an award-winning British, Irish,

independent journalist. For five years, she served as the Yemen correspondent for the Times of London.

Her writing on Yemen has won her five awards, including the Orwell Prize for Journalism,
