I know it's been a minute since I've recorded an episode,

so it is absolutely awesome to be back. And I've got another tremendous conversation with a super high achiever that I cannot wait to share with you. even sure why I'm sharing this because, to quote my dude, Jocco Willink, I'm all about

extreme ownership. I am not going to blame anyone or anything else for not dropping this

episode sooner or as scheduled. Or as Joca would say, it's all binary.
