I'm very sorry about that but that's why this is delayed because I just recorded this episode and I was going to do another solo episode and I was going to make it lessons that we've learned in 2020

1:27.2	country. Christina and Steph are seriously so knowledgeable. They are actually both realtors, but that's not what they started in.

1:39.2	potential in diving into the housing industry and now they both own a combined 18 properties in
1:44.8	Austin which allowed them to leave their 9 to 5 job. Christina was a former
1:49.1	wedding planner and she also had a lot of other jobs as well and then Stephanie was a former teacher and they make over
1:55.6	$20,000 of passive income each year. So I think that this episode is going to be so valuable.
