This makes her want to have more young women on the podcast because the younger we start to see our ADHD brains for the brilliant brains that they are, the better. Tracy wants them to hear stories of young, inspiring women who are just like them so in this episode, she introduces you to Jade Le Quesne who just turned 23 yesterday. Jade is from the U.K. and was diagnosed with ADHD at the beginning of the year. Jade struggled through school, was always behind her classmates academically but since childhood she had a dream. Her dream was to attend college in the U.S. Jade did just that and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s in International Studies from the University of Tampa. Jade is currently back in the U.K. studying nutrition and fitness which she uses as a way to manage her symptoms. She believes that mental and physical health are intrinsically linked and looks forward to starting her own business very soon.
