realized that we're influenced other people every day all the time, even sometimes, of course,

just with our own family. That's the topic of this week's own your power clip, the importance

of honing your ability to influence. Now, the beautiful thing about the multi-family business is

that it's a team sport. Now, if you're more introverted, you can align with someone that's more

extroverted and kick absolute button this business. I can't tell you, I've often, I've seen that

dynamic in, you know, my podcast and the people that I know in this business. And those are some

of the best partnerships I've seen in this business, you know, like Scott and Craig and I, for example,

they're super analytical and I'm not. That's also one of the reasons so many people join our warrior

mentorship program. It's such an incredibly diverse group and we help our warriors align with

other people in the group. So everyone's working inside of their strengths to build incredibly

powerful teams. And we help facilitate those introductions and that team building in a variety of ways.
