She contributes to the Skeptical Inquirer magazine.

In addition to co-founding the Monterrey County Skeptics, she leads a really fascinating group called

Gorilla Skepticism on Wikipedia, which we'll talk about in just a moment.

So how did you get interested in doing all the skeptical stuff?

For people who aren't familiar with you, tell us a little bit about yourself.

Oh my goodness.

Well, I've born and raised in Salinas, California and oh by the way I've got a little bit of a cold so if I sound extra sexy right now that's the gold okay?

Got it.

That's not my normal voice necessarily.

But you know, I was raised Southern Baptist

and I was, I didn't know anything about atheism I didn't you know back of the day we

didn't have the internet we didn't have anything like that the only thing we had was
