Welcome to episode 88. I am so pumped to share this episode with you. I am going to be diving deep on this one little teeny tiny topic that I hear come up for moms that are struggling from time to time. And it was a notion that led me to believe all my life that I was never going to be a mom and how ironic. I have a

podcast that talks all about how to be a mom and a wife and run a business and take care of

your home. And I really do, I guess not think it's all that ironic anymore because I will say that

truly most of my adolescence and my early

20s were really me struggling with this idea that I was going to have to pick one or the other.

I was going to have to be a mom and that's it.

And you hear this phrase over and over, oh, I'm just a mom. Well, I don't believe that you're

just a mom because of the only assignment that you have given yourself is motherhood. That's a

fantastic assignment, right? But I am going to dive

into in this podcast episode why that's not your only assignment and it never will be.

And where those thought patterns come from and why I do not believe for even two seconds that you have to wait until your kids are older

to start that thing that you really want to start.
