it's the dreaded question how do I begin to outsource in my business everyone brings these

questions to the forefront of their mind from time to time and some of you are just starting your

business which is awesome and some of you are a little bit further along in your business which is awesome some of you

have been doing it forever um and some of you may even already have a VA working for you or you may

already be outsourcing things and everyone that comes to this podcast is going to be in completely

different spaces with their business because this is not a business podcast right this is a podcast that helps you do home, business,

motherhood, and wifery, as I like to call it, to your very best ability. It is the art of being a

modern work from home mom. How do we do these things well? How do we create impact in our home

with our children, with our own lives and in our marriages and in our businesses? How do we do that?

Well, one of the biggest parts is to realize that we can't do it all. We're never going to be able to do

it all. And so we cringe for some reason when we have

to start thinking about letting other people do things that we feel like we need to be doing on

our own or we feel like we can do so much better. And I was in that same position slightly

for a while. I definitely was there with my event-based business

because it was such a creative outlet and I really had a hard time letting go of any of those

details. But I learned over time that I was going to have to and I really started to embrace the

role of the visionary, the CEO, the person of the

company that was actually running the company, not just being the worker bee, not just doing the work all

the time. And I equate that 100% to the work that you do in your home and motherhood. You can't just be

the worker bee all the time. You have little children to be your worker bees and you have an incredible

teammate in your

husband, whether you know it or not or you've figured out how to do that or not. Well, that's something
