It's the first time I'm doing a podcast from Washington State. I have been out here relaxing

with my partner, drinking cider and kombucha, living it up in the forest, forest bathing,

shinriind yoku, Komorebi,

meditation, and just chilling the fuck out in nature.

Sounds like I'm high, but I'm not.

Maybe I've tried some microdosing here and there recently and I'm enjoying life.
