The GOP sweeps a number of special elections signaling a midterm blood bath for the Democrats.

In this video, we're going to look at the results of those elections.

We're going to see how the latest round of polling is utterly devastating for Bumble and Biden, and stick with me at the very end of this video when I'll show you how even Democrats are admitting that the 2022 midterms promise to be nothing less than their day of reckoning.

All right, gang, let's dive right in here. Well, with all of the geopolitical drama going on, we don't want to lose sight of election events happening right here, particularly at state levels, which are serving.

Really is nothing less than Harbinger's for the upcoming midterms yesterday. There were a number of special elections in a number of states, and let's just say it is indeed panic time for the Democrats.

Let's start with my home state of Connecticut, Republican William Pizzuto, one handily, the special election for the District 71 state house seat, and you'll know while the Republican won in 2018 by 22 points with this election, he won by an astonishing 47 points.

It was an absolute blowout and represented a 25 point gain from four years ago.

Let's go to Jacksonville, Florida, the Republican Nick Howland successfully flipped a city council seat there beating his Democrat opponent again in 2019.

The Democrats won the seat easily by 16 points yesterday. Howland beat the Democrat by four points representing a 20 points swing.

So we got a 25 point gain in Connecticut. We got a 20 point gain in Jacksonville. Are you seeing a little trend here?

Because political pundits certainly are take a look at the latest polling from Emerson College back in October of 2020. Emerson College had Joe Biden up five points over President Trump.

Today, that same polling has Trump over Biden by four points. Again, that's a nine point shift. We're clearly seeing the political needle as it were moving way to the right or way to the patriot side of the political spectrum. And I wonder why?

Biden thought his wag the dog annex with Ukraine were going to help him. He was sorely mistaken. Just 36% of voters approve of how Biden has handled the Ukraine crisis and only 40% actually have confidence in his foreign policy.

Again, another devastating blow, a very dire blow is the Daily Mail calls it to the current state of his presidency. The same Emerson polling has given the Republicans a nine point lead on the generic congressional ballot.

That lead corroborates the latest Trafalgar poll, which found that Republicans currently have a 12 point lead in the generic congressional ballot. If we compare these generic ballots to the last time, Republicans stomped the Democrats in the midterms back in 2010, 2014, 2022 promises to be a blood bath.

Again, this is not right-wing wishful thinking. Democrats are openly admitting this. Jake Campbell, who's a Democrat pollster and who helped conduct the latest CNBC poll, he said it best. If the election were tomorrow, it would be an absolute unmitigated disaster for the Democrats. And gang, seriously, it just keeps getting worse for them. You want more? You got more, right?
