If you are not yet familiar with the journal here's what it is not. It is not a daily

planner where you write out your schedule and your to-do list. It is not a

monthly calendar where you put everything down in pen. You might already have that

that you're using in your life or like me you might use digital

tools for that. I use my online Google calendar and I have a project management system. This

fills the gap that I needed in my own life

to work on being more productive,

or rather work on my productivity guilt,

constantly beating myself up and being disappointed to myself that I wasn't getting more done.

This is to help us become more proud of ourselves, see our self-growth, really make change in the areas that we want to become more of an essentialist

where we have clarity to what we say yes and no to really creating more

spaciousness and richness in our lives.
