This week we're going to talk about the Robert Morris Fall from Grace.

Just a little bit of stuff up front. I went to Robert Morris's church for about

seven months. I attended Gateway in South Lake Texas.

This was after I was on a ministry sabbatical.

I was going to seminary.

So the seminary that I went to is the King's University

at gateway.

The seminary was founded by Jack Hayford, but when he was getting ready

to retire he basically handed it over to Robert Morris and to Gateway Church to kind of take over the seminary.

And I got my MDF, my Masters of Divinity from that seminary.

So first of all, let's talk about the incident what happened here.

So the incident's kind of similar to the Mike Bickle situation.

About, you know, a little week ago,

a little week ago, the elders at Gateway Church released a statement that Robert Morris,

the senior pastor, had engaged in inappropriate sexual contact over 30 years ago with a young lady.

At the time he was like 20-ish, he was married, an associate pastor at a different church

called Shady Grove, and what they said was that he had repented and he had spent two years
