was that your motherhood is only as powerful as your personhood. When I was making this book,

I was like, you know, I have to keep parenting myself in order to be a good parent to this person

and in my own healing journey has so much to do with continuously parenting and nurturing myself

as I keep growing up because we kind of think that we stop growing up as we get to a certain age,

but because we keep growing, we actually are always growing up. Yes. So it was, you know, to me,

it's like I sometimes will just, you know, a person's I got in the book, I'll just kind of like read

it as a meditation for myself because like my daughter has no idea what any, like what the hell

any of the words say. Sometimes I'll read it as her bedtime story knowing that she's like,

I kind of only understand like black and white books with like great pictures right now.

And like, I think I just needed to hear it. Yeah. And what's so wild is like what you're saying is

I can always see things through the lens of science, which completely takes away the beautiful
