of Democrats, shows Joe Biden's approval rating dropping to a new low of 37%. Meanwhile,

Rasmussen, which leans slightly to the right, has found that 58% of voters are either not

very or not at all confident that Biden is physically and mentally up to the job of being

president. And only 38% of voters believe that Joe Biden is actually making decisions in

the White House, with a majority of likely voters believing that others are making decisions

for him. And while Biden blows it on the economy, on foreign policy, on everything else in

between, Republican governors and senators are looking to fill the vacuum and looking to
