Hey folks, welcome to the Adventure Sports podcast.

0:23.3

I'm your host, Mason Gravely.

0:24.7

Getting the episode up a little bit late today,

0:27.1

it's because yesterday was my mom's birthday,

0:29.3

and I went to see her, surprise her,

0:31.1

and I kind of just ran out of time to upload the episode.

0:33.8

That's not a great excuse, but that's what happened.

0:39.9

But I'm excited to talk about this episode paddleboarding because honestly, that's become my favorite sport right now. We've

0:47.2

have so much water around us and it allows so much versatility on the water and the best part

0:53.4

1:29.3

23 mile paddleboard and trip over the weekend, a camping paddleboard and trip with 25 of my friends.

1:35.6

I didn't know everybody beforehand, but we all got to know each other by the end. And I was one

1:40.9

of three on a paddleboard. And there were things that we saw that the others just didn't see, from manatees to different fish, because we had that angle and we could look down and being able to stand up too, I could look over that first line of vegetation along the shore where I could see things deeper into the woods, for instance, and just get a different angle. But you can also

2:01.2

sit down on them. So I'm a huge fan of paddleboards, is what I'm saying. And it was a lot of fun,

2:06.6

and I'm really excited to talk about this episode. It goes back a couple years. This is one of our
