| 0:46.0 | about how right now is actually the most ideal time for getting sober and I've always been told and hey I've said it myself there is no perfect time to quit drinking. You know something is always on the horizon, a certain event, an upcoming life change, a particular stress that's current in your life, it's just never quite right. |

| 1:14.0 | this is actually a really perfect time to quit drinking. |

| 1:47.8 | I read a lot of books, listen to a lot of podcasts, and again I want to reiterate, I stayed |
