Okay, hello.

So, I have just gotten back from vacation.

I'm still shaking the rust and dust off everything else,

and that means a little bit of a low effort episode

where I just talk and ramble a little bit.

That sometimes is your guys' favorite, so trying not to feel too shy about that or apologize too much, etc.

I wanted to, before I get into this, say that this is a true story.

This is all true facts, everything that I'm about to tell you.

And that I have just had a wonderful experience on vacation,

and that I feel just a world better physically.

In short, I really had to push myself with the driving.

It was a pretty grueling schedule, driving both ways.

And then the hiking I had to do the day after driving. Up and down hill all day. Some real

tough climbing. Uh, easily, easily a few thousand feet of elevation, uh not more, pretty steep inclines, declines the whole thing.

And it didn't even remotely phase me. And I can't begin to tell you the surprise and the shock, really, because I could work out for an hour.

I could do a really good hike for about an hour, even as long as about six months ago, but it hurt.

But it was quite the effort to do it.

And this was almost effortless.

This was really easy to the point where since I've gotten back,

I've already been on two hikes.

I'm looking at taking many more.
