They have nice fireworks displayed in Emilia Island.

That's where I live.

And it's kind of funny.

I lived in New York for, whatever, 37, 38 years.

I used to watch the Macy's Day fireworks display from the Brooklyn Bridge so when I see fireworks displays here

There's obviously no comparison, but it was nice all the families get out and since a small town I really did have a pretty cool fireworks display.

Hopefully everyone got a chance to enjoy the day off

and enjoy the time with your family.

But anyway, I have something serious to talk about. I think I found a solution to unemployment problem in America.

By the way, unemployment numbers coming out on Friday. More in that later. I have a lot of details on that.

But I want everyone that doesn't have a job to move to Amelia Island. Again, that's where I live.

Houses within five miles are dirt cheap, not too far from the ocean.

You can rent a two bedroom on the ocean for less than $1,100 a month.

Have an employee, works for me who's actually renting right across street from the beach, $900 a month.

If you're unemployed, you could seriously make a fortune here.

Like for example, I mentioned this story not so long ago have an update on it.

I called the landscaper who planted a few trees and plants around my house.
