I am always thinking about the balance of relatability and inspiration on our show.

0:23.6

You know, we want guests that inspire you with things that no one has ever done or no one could ever do again, things like free soloing El Capiton.

0:29.4

But I also want to balance it with relatability, like people who do things on the weekends and have

0:34.3

normal lives and make adventure accessible and feel like something you can

0:39.3

achieve. Our guest today, Jennifer Strong McConaughey, is honestly a balance between both.

0:45.0

while I'm there? Feeding adventure into life is totally doable. And Jennifer makes it sound so

1:27.3

effortless in a ways, other than doing

1:29.7

the actual adventure. It's a lot of effort. And she also does a ton of different interesting,

1:34.0

wild combinations of sports, like swim running and almost swim touring. And she's put all these

1:40.9

experiences that she's done all around the world over years and years into a book recently called Go Far, colon, how endurance sports helps you win at life.

1:50.0

That just sounds like it's chock full of gold nuggets of wisdom, experience, and inspiration.

1:56.0

So I was really inspired by this conversation.

1:58.4

I really enjoyed it.

1:59.4

And I hope you do too.

So feel free to pick up
