Starting off in 2003, he partnered with two chefs to co-found Witchcraft as a sandwich shop,

where the ingredients and cooking techniques are rooted in fine dining but served in a casual and welcoming environment.

Since then, he's grown witchcraft in the sandwich shop and opened 15 stores, including locations in San Francisco, Vegas, and has over 400 team members.
