this about like everything, but I'm so excited about it. I do kind of feel like this is the

fundamental of everything. Like it's kind of like you need energy to achieve any goal, but also

you need energy to enjoy life anyway.

I don't know why we've never really like,

I mean, we speak about it now and again,

but like really hammered home on it.

Yeah, I can't wait for this with a vested interest in myself

because this is the one thing that I really struggle with managing energy.

And with the best laid plans, it still is an issue.

And you can have all these goals and all these plans, like I say.

But if it's not there and then I would love to know,

I see people doing things. think wow how are they managing

that and they've got equally as much demands in their life there's something that I feel that

I'm missing so yeah also I think the feedback from the group everyone's we're looking forward to this

yeah I'm I'm excited about how excited everybody else is as well.

But again, I built this selfishly for myself and tested it on myself.

And then a lot of what I'm going to be looking at throughout the six weeks and the kind of extra factors that we're going to be checking in on and tracking and just kind of keeping on top of are all things that lead you to realize why you're lacking energy because sometimes it can just feel like god why is it like not much has changed

or like why is it like I know I've got a lot on but like sure they should have more energy than this

and then you start to notice like the habits that are creeping in because you're keeping like a closer
