All right, guys, today on the show, we got the top three fitness, nutrition, and mindset questions questions so we're going to do one from each

michael go ahead and shoot all right first one is how many days per week do i need to train so

for me my answer would be again like you've heard this so many times on this podcast the it depends answer right

it really just depends on where you're at so for somebody who's brand new um you know i i do get uh some

people here and there who have never trained before um like literally never worked out um or just so deconditioned

because they haven't they haven't trained for a while

that I just want them to commit to three days a week minimum right and the reason being is I don't

want to overwhelm them with going five six days a week or even doing you know some sort of movement

every single every single day just because again like it's it's a contrast thing right like

if you start at one end of the spectrum and you know where you're not doing anything and then you go

to the opposite end where you're where you have to think about doing something every day and it's

not a habit then people are going to get overwhelmed, right?

And then they're going to kick themselves in the ass for, you know, missing a training

session and they don't feel successful.

They start kicking themselves in the head and then they just stop altogether, right?

And you'll see this kind of up and down thing.

So for me, like with those people, I'm going to tell them three days a week, like commit to that.

And then we'll just build up from there.

I think that I believe in daily movement, no matter who you are, I just would personally frame it in a different way where it's like build into things.
